Wei Min Tan

Wei Min is a real estate broker and investor focused on Manhattan, New York property. He is Founder of Castle Avenue Partners and EVP at Rutenberg Realty.  He serves primary residence, vacation home and investor clients all with the goal of benefitting from Manhattan property as one of the world's best investments.  Wei Min has invested in cashflow, appreciation, value add, foreclosure and new development property in Manhattan, Raleigh, Kuala Lumpur and Syracuse.

Previously, Wei Min was Vice President  at Citigroup responsible for a $500 million portfolio. He received Citigroup's prestigious Chairman's Award, a recognition awarded to the top 2% of managers. He was also Director of Travel Insurance at American Express where he managed a $180 million portfolio.

Wei Min’s first exposure to real estate was in 1998, when he helped develop mortgage strategies at Citimortgage. He has traveled to many cities to view thousands of properties. He has served clients from within New York, North America, Asia, Europe and Latin America. He speaks English, Cantonese Chinese, Malaysian and Mandarin Chinese. 

He is a runner who frequently races at 10K and half marathon distance events.  Wei Min holds a black belt in Taekwondo and works out at the gym almost everyday.  He graduated with an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a BBA, Summa Cum Laude, from Marshall University.  He is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, Member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and Member of REBNY's Residential Sales Council.

Darren is passionate about architecture.  A highly respected architect with vast knowledge of design and construction, Darren believes remarkable design can improve the quality of life. This philosophy is evidenced in his work, often described as clean and bold, highly functional and deeply human. He is known for his exceptionally high level of design standard in his architecture, interiors and furniture, as well as his ability to intuit clients’ needs and collaborate effectively with them in the design process.

Before founding Studio China Architecture + Design, Darren was employed in various design firms as a lead architect on projects for luxury residences, public buildings, and Fortune 500 companies. Having studied architecture at Iowa State University his education included a stint in Rome, Italy and an award for Practice Excellence. He is a licensed architect in New York and New Jersey and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.

Susan Chan

Susan focuses on market expansion initiatives.  She is an entrepreneur who has built two successful businesses and an accomplished property investor in residential and commercial holdings. 

Susan's strengths are business acumen, understanding client needs, design, construction and NYC property regulations.  She maximizes value to her clients by getting the highest price for sellers and the best deals for buyers.  Susan graduated from New York University. Susan is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson  and Member of the Real Estate Board of New York.

Claire Chan

Claire Chan's success in real estate comes from the ability to elegantly piece together the unique needs of clients coupled with extensive market knowledge and the nuances of executing a deal.

As a native New Yorker who grew up, went to school and worked on Wall Street, Claire is very familiar with the subtleties of neighborhoods within the city. With over 7 years of real estate experience, Claire has been successful in helping foreign buyers from Asia complete transactions in New York. Claire helps clients buy and sell the right properties at the right price. Her attention to detail defines her approach on all aspects of a transaction; from analysis of the property to interacting with attorneys, recommending service providers such as banks or mortgage brokers to closing the deal. Her clients range from successful entrepreneurs to CEO / CIO of major corporations.

As a graduate of the Calhoun School and the University of Chicago, Claire was formerly a research analyst for Lehman Brothers.
